Ella has started her training classes!
Chris & I have joined a local obedience class
Chris is training Ella and I am being trained by Sam....
The dogs are doing great but after 3 years of being a show dog Sam is not responding too well
to sit! His stand stay is rather wonderful and his "watch me" even better but we will stick at it. Ella, on the other hand is the star pupil
She only has to be told and shown once and she has got it.
By the end of last weeks class (her first week) she would sit, down, stay
and do a great recall
Sam and I have some work to do to keep up.
We will get some pictures at this weeks class and post them here over the weekend.
3rd September
Now Ella is growing big feet, even sharper teeth and learning to bark!
I call her the Black Bombshell
My shoes are loosing the fight 3 Nil
and she is now on page 367 of the Business Directory......

This is Ella growing up.
She can now climb the stairs,
chew my new shoes and is working her way through
the Business Pages directory!

We are very lucky to have Ella, she was destined to be a Game Keepers dog
in Scotland
but when one of her brothers was chosen over her
Chris could not believe his luck!
Ella arrived on the 7th July and life hasn't been the same since
nor I suspect, will it be the same again...
Chris had a few Cairn rules (ie. not allowed on the bed and not on the front seat of his car)
BUT
guess where Ella plays and where sits when being driven about...?
