Wow, it has been a busy few weeks
Puppies, shows, that awful four letter word WORK
Oh the list of jobs ToDo is endless
We are back in circulation now and updates to the website will (or should be) regular again
Starting with Henry's trip to Earls Court
Those of you who know Henry will know that he is a UK Champion and he also won his Junior Warrant, this is a kind of
Junior Champion title. All
of the JW winners in a given year are entitled to compete
for the JW of the Year award which is held at Crufts.
There are several knock out
competitions throughout the year and over
200 dogs competed. Henry won his way through to the final 20. This is a great acheivement for a Cairn>BR>
as Cairns don't normally do that well in mixed breed competitions. Mic, Babs, Henry and me had a wonderful time travelling to London
the only complaint
being London prices......

Last weekend we went to the Midland Cairn Fun Day
It was a family day out
for Annies babies - there were 5 of them playing together!

We have been away for a few days down to North Devon.
Being based in Torrington
gave us the chance to get to the coast with the doggies,

We are off to Scotland this weekend with four Cairns and an Ella!
This is Ella's first trip away from home, lets just hope she doesn't trash the B&B
Tune in after the weekend to see what fun we had.....
We are planning our holidays soon and have just booked a week off
If only we had a week off, there is always something to do with dogs.
We have a busy but exciting autumn, as Hyde Castle Norman returns to the show ring and it will be intersting to see if he behaves
Also we are training Irene, Fraser & Jack (Annies pups) so they will hopefully behave too......
Henry's daughters did really well at Paignton Champ
Show, under David Winsley, Anthony & Angela's Tweslam Winter Magic won 1st Minor Puppy and Best Puppy in Breed
Jenny's Tweslam Dawn Chorus at Cranae won 2nd and 4th in the same class was Pam's bitch Luvemal Creme Caramel

We're back from our holiday! Touring around Northen France on the motorbike was certainly an experience!
We had fabulous weather and stayed in some fantastic places (and also one plastic rabbit
hutch that was supposed to be a hotel!)

Chris and I were invited by The Fontaines to a party celebrating Herve being
awarded a Medal of Honour for his work with dogs in France. It was held at a beautiful hotel and was a lovely afternoon - thank you Herve and Steve for
inviting us.

We are off on holiday!
Chris and I have been invited to Herve Fontaine's
celebration in France on 2nd May,
so we thought we would have an adventure holiday
on the motorbike.... We will be touring round Northern France
for a few days, leaving on 29th April and back on 4th May
(hopefully not too saddle sore......)

After Crufts Carradine is on gardening leave
We are having a couple of months off showing and all doggy events!
This should hopefully give us enough time to landscape the garden
You take your life in your hands to hang out the washing -
thanks to Plum and her fantastic digging ability.
I will post some pics when its done!
